| Description | 2 Vols in 1. XIV330- pp. (Later) red, 1/2 leather, with cornerpieces. gilt lettering, spine with raised bands. A well composed Music Theory, giving chapters on (e.g.) Harmony and Rhytm, Basso Continuo, as well a treatise on the human voice and various instruments. Apart for the (skillfully executed later binding) a good copy of a scarce work. The author was the "Kapelmeester" (Conductor) at Leiden where he died in 1825. |
