(small piece of foot missing) v.d. G. was the crown-prince of XVII-th. Century Dutch poets, after Vondel. His esteem came with De Ystroom. Contains a lengthy introduction by David van Hoogstraten. Some browning in places, but a collectible copy of a fine work of poetry. |
