Comes with time tables, moonphases, blank pp. for notes, Table of annual-fairs and markets, zodiacal signs, time tables for ships, coaches and ferries, & so on, & so on, everything needed for an Almanach. All 15 Volumes uniformly bound in richly gilded, full polished calf, with the "Zeeland" Coat of Arms at both covers, within a finely executed Baroque border, with the title in short : "ZEEL CRONYK ALM" in gilded lettering. Spines gilded, marbled endpapers. Only 1 Vol. [1790] with a slight imperfection: a 12 mm. piece missing from spine top . Else a sumptuous and rare set of Zeeland Almanachs |
