conditionA very well printed etching, on thick cream, wove paper. The former mount left a light discoloration "mask" around the mage.

descriptionA fierce, heavy muscled, work horse gets a litle rest next to the plough. At the background a farmer with another horse plows on at the bank of the Seine river. Again, a most dramatic print. Dupont made a series of these ploughing horses as a social protest.
