descriptionA 3/4 view, at open water, of the proud, French flagship; Le Normandie "The Ship Of Light" Set in an oval of flowers, surrounded by stylised sailing boats all around.(the ship itself, measuring 49.5 cm) This screenprint apparantly was a souvenir for passengers. (a scarf??) A very fine, contemporary view of one of the most luxurious liners, famous for it's superb Art-Deco fittings and Art-Work, that ever sailed the Atlantic.
